You can cancel your AUDS subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing access to paid content
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges
- Service disruptions lasting more than 48 hours
- Content significantly different from advertised description
